My consultations are free and I will never pressure anyone into anything they aren’t fully comfortable with - I want all of my clients to make educated decisions when it comes to receiving cosmetic enhancement services.

All deposits are non-refundable. I require a $50 non-refundable deposit to book an appointment. The deposit is an agreement that I will be available and ready and that you will be here at your scheduled appointment time. Your deposit will go towards your service and is not an extra fee.

I have a firm 15-minute late policy and a 48-hour cancellation policy.
If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time you will lose your $50 deposit and I will require a new $50 non-refundable deposit to re-book your appointment. Example: If you are 16 minutes late to your appointment you will have to reschedule your appointment and lose your $50 deposit. (I do understand that life happens, so if there is an emergency and you must reschedule please contact me asap and we will work something out!)

If you cancel your appointment before 48 hours your deposit will rollover to a new rescheduled appointment once, but will still be non-refundable.

If you no call/no show to any type of appointment you will forfeit any deposit left and have to rebook your appointment yourself during the next round of open booking. If you no call/no show a free touch up appointment you will forfeit your free touch up and regular touch up pricing will apply.

If you are late to your Perfecting Appointment I require a non-refundable $50 deposit to book your next touch up appointment.*
